1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by the User to access lion78 services, containing personal information, transaction history, and gaming activity.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive provided by lion78 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from the User's personal bank account or e-wallet to their lion78 Account for the purpose of placing bets or playing games.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from the User's lion78 Account balance to their registered bank account or e-wallet.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and selfie verification.
• "Platform" means the lion78 website, mobile applications, and all associated services accessible through https://lion78.cam and related domains.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, and entertainment products offered by lion78, including sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (traditional Indonesian lottery), and sabung ayam (live cockfighting streams).
• "Wager" or "Stake" means the amount of money the User places on a bet or game round.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. lion78 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your participation complies with your local laws and regulations.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of jurisdictions where lion78 services are restricted or prohibited, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, and other countries subject to international gambling sanctions.

2.2 Account Creation

When creating an account on lion78, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and phone number.
• Maintain only one account per person, household, IP address, and device. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Complete the mandatory KYC verification process within 30 days of account creation or before your first withdrawal, whichever comes first. Failure to complete KYC may result in account restrictions.
• Immediately notify lion78 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

lion78 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. All Users must complete identity verification by submitting:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP/Kartu Tanda Penduduk, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face for facial recognition verification.

KYC documents are processed within 1-48 hours. Until verification is complete, withdrawal functionality may be restricted. All submitted documents are encrypted and stored securely in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

lion78 accepts deposits via the following methods for Indonesian residents:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 IDR.
• Maximum deposit: No platform-imposed limit, though individual payment providers may have their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance within 5-15 minutes under normal circumstances. Delays may occur due to bank processing times or technical issues beyond our control.
• All deposits must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund confiscation.
• lion78 does not charge fees for deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 IDR for bank transfers; Rp 50,000 IDR for e-wallets.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: Rp 100,000,000 IDR for standard accounts. VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their tier.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching the name on your lion78 account and KYC documents.
• Average processing time: 10-15 minutes for bank transfers during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB); 5-10 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals. First-time large withdrawals may require additional security verification and take up to 2 hours.
• lion78 reserves the right to request additional identity verification, proof of deposit source, or transaction history before approving withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 4 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

lion78 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are optional and may be declined by the User. Once claimed, bonus funds are subject to all applicable terms and wagering requirements.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements (also known as "turnover requirements" or "playthrough requirements") that must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type:
  • Slots: 100% contribution
  • Live Casino: 100% contribution
  • Sports betting: Varies based on odds (typically 50-100% for odds of 1.80 or higher)
  • Table games (RNG): 10-50% contribution depending on house edge
• Bonus funds expire after 30 days from activation unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Bonuses are restricted to one per household, IP address, and device. Abuse of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses is grounds for account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Maximum bet while wagering a bonus: Rp 100,000 IDR per bet/spin. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• lion78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Welcome Bonus Example

New Users who make their first deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rp 2,000,000 IDR. Example: deposit Rp 500,000, receive Rp 500,000 bonus = Rp 1,000,000 total balance. With a 15x wagering requirement, you must wager Rp 7,500,000 (500,000 × 15) before withdrawing any bonus-related winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and potential confiscation of all account funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Coordinated betting with other Users to guarantee profits (hedging, arbitrage)
• Low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to wager bonus funds

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying bet details (selection, odds, stake amount) before confirmation.
• lion78 reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of technical error, incorrect odds display, match-fixing, insider information abuse, or any other circumstance that undermines the integrity of the bet.
• In the event of a dispute, lion78's decision is final and binding. Disputes may be escalated to our licensing authority if unresolved.
• Minimum bet: Rp 1,000 IDR. Maximum bet varies by sport, league, and market. Live betting maximums are typically lower than pre-match betting.

5.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

• All match results are determined by official league/tournament sources. Subsequent appeals, disqualifications, or result changes do not affect settled bets.
• If a match is postponed, bets remain valid if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours. Beyond 48 hours, bets are void and stakes refunded.
• Live in-play betting odds change dynamically. The odds accepted are those displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed, not the odds at the time you clicked to place the bet.

5.3 Casino and Slots Rules

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, any affected bets are void and stakes refunded. Completed game rounds stand as final.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are provided by game suppliers and represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

6. Responsible Gaming

lion78 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing problem gambling. We provide the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity
• Exploiting software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors for financial gain
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or scripts
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or customer support staff
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Allowing minors (under 21) to access your account

8. Account Suspension and Termination

lion78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Your account remains inactive (no login or deposits) for 12 consecutive months
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

Upon account termination, any remaining balance of genuine funds (not bonus funds or winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to lion78. Bonus balances and pending bonuses are forfeited upon account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the lion78 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, text, graphics, images, and game interfaces, are the intellectual property of lion78 or our licensed third-party providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• lion78 provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor failures, server malfunctions, or force majeure events.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of lion78 services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the six months prior to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lion78 is licensed. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Contact lion78 customer support to attempt informal resolution.
2. If unresolved, escalate to our dedicated complaints team via email.

By using lion78 services, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the company.
